A barrier coating film is formed on the surface of paper to prevent penetration of oxygen and moisture.
Nature-friendly ingredients
We use bio-plastics made by chemically treating acid produced by fermenting ingredients
from nature such as corn starch, which is then melted and produced as a vinyl-like fabric.
Then, it is water and oxygen block coated
and then aluminum-like blocking property is added to be used as coffee and food bags.
It is used as coffee and food bags after coating the water and oxygen barrier character like aluminum.
Low oxygen penetration
It blocks oxygen keeping food safe from oxygen.
The PLANTIC® HP50 used in the COFFILM® has an 0.8cc/m²/day, 2０℃, 65% RH of OTR(Oxygen Transmission Rate). A regular cookie bag is 5000cc. The OTR of a commonly used coffee bag is 1-10cc.
